South Superstar Kamal Haasan has received his first dose of vaccination
The vaccination drive to the elderly has begun in India. Many senior citizens and others have received their first dose of vaccination. Among all is South Superstar Kamal Haasan. The actor-turned-politician took to his social media to share a video stating the same. In the video shared, we can see Kamal Haasan surrounded by doctors and medical staff dressed in PPE kits. He can be seen dressed in a vest and pants.
In the caption, Kamal Haasan wrote, "I was vaccinated against coronavirus at Sri Ramachandra Hospital. Those who care not only for themselves but also for others should put up with it. Immunization of the body immediately, vaccination against corruption next month. Get ready."

Last Kamal Haasan made it to the headlines for medical reasons was when he underwent a knee surgery. He had taken to his social media handle to thank all the well-wishers. He had penned, "The surgery was successful. Big thanks to the doctors' team at Sri Ramchandra Hospital. Till I recover, I will keep interacting with my fans and followers on social media and in the hearts of people. My first medicine is my people’ love. I wish to see them soon.” His daughter, Shruti and Akshara, had als released a statement talking about their father's health condition.
Workwise, Kamal Haasan will soon be seen in a film called Vikram. The trailer of the same was recently released on social media and it had left all his fans awe-struck.
